今頃こんなことを見直しって、もう呆れてものも言えない。
こいつらの給料に税金が使われているわけだよね……。

飲酒運転で事故死、でも保険金は支払え…名古屋地裁
要約すると、飲酒運転中に勝手に自爆して死んだ阿呆の遺族が「死亡保険金払えや！」と保険会社に迫り、
裁判所も「払うべきだ」という判決をしちゃったというニュース。
……こういうのもアリなんですか？

「名古屋地裁の野口卓志裁判官」だそうです。
憶えておきましょう。
……まあ、遺族の気持ちを考えたら払うべきなんだろうけど、普通の状態での死亡じゃなくて飲酒運転だからねえ。
故人を悪く言うことになるけど、自業自得って気持ちはある。
それ以前にニュース見てると論点が違うんじゃないのか？って思うけど。
飲酒で正常な運転ができるか否かより、飲酒運転の是非を考えるべきじゃないのかねえ？と、素人は思うのだ。
