Recently, the job change market is active in Japan.
Job change is the one done for a better working condition usually.
However, circumstances are a little different for Japan.
The job hunting in Japan requests not "It is good" working condition
but "It is not bad" working condition.
Because a lot of enterprises do not pay pay in Japan for the overtime work.
Moreover, it doesn't have a law limitation for the time of the overtime work either.
It must be a hotbed where this causes depression and death from overwork in Japan
more greatly than various foreign countries.
Moreover, little being received is a reality in amends and compensation from the enterprise and the nation
even when dying by such a situation.
Therefore, it is an enterprise that the worker in Japan requests that doesn't impose
the overtime work more than pay is paid to the overtime work it is an enterprise or it is constant.
It is not maintained in Japan that is called a natural labor system an economic power in America
and European countries.
