大分県弁護士会の河野聡弁護士が役員を務める不動産管理会社（大分市）を解雇された
元女性事務員（４５）が同社を相手に、解雇の無効と慰謝料２００万円などの支払いを求めた
訴訟の判決が２５日、大分地裁であった。神野泰一裁判官は「弁護士が正当な理由もないのに
（女性を）怒鳴りつけたことなどはパワーハラスメントに当たる」などとして、解雇を無効とした上で、
慰謝料５０万円などの支払いを命じた。
裁判長はこのほか、未払い賃金約１０万６０００円、２００７年２月から判決が確定するまでの賃金
（月２３万５０００円）の支払いも命じた。
裁判長は、河野弁護士が女性を解雇する際、「人間的にも人格的にも問題がある。あしたから
出勤しなくて結構」などと言い、一方的に退室させた点を挙げ、「パワーハラスメントそのもので、
労働者に対する配慮を欠いた行為と言わざるを得ない」と指摘。さらに「自宅待機を命じてから
わずか２週間足らずで解雇したことは解雇権の乱用で無効」と述べた。
