要するにマックの店長は管理職か否かという裁判だったわけだが、
判決では「管理職とは認められない」とのことだった。
そりゃそうだ、管理職というのは経営に参画しているような地位の人をいうのであって、
マニュアルをこなすのが精一杯と思われる人は管理職ではない。
だから当然、時間外労働については手当を払う義務が企業にはある。
これは何も外食産業に限ったことではなく、それ以外の企業でも、ただ働きさせられている
「名ばかり管理職」がゴマンといるのだ。
日本はどうしようもない会社だらけなのだ。
