警視庁によると11日午後1時頃、
無職の男を迷惑防止条例の疑いで逮捕した。
男は港区麻布十番の路上で、
女子中学生（14）のスカートの中を
所持していたスマートフォンで撮影したという。
被害に遭った中学生の同級生の通報で発覚した。
男は群馬県在住の自称28歳で
「女子中学生の下着に興味があってやった、反省している」
などと供述したという。
なおこの男には凍傷、火傷、電撃、愛の天罰の跡と見られる負傷があり、
別の事件に関与している疑いがあるとして、取り調べを行う模様。
