山崎製パンの社長さんが語っていたのだが、日本式の押し付け･強要は確かにダメだ。
理論の適用に当たってはISO9000と似たところがあると感じる。
すなわち理論をそのまま適用するのではなく、現状を把握し、実情に沿った形に変形させた理論を応用して、
マネジメントの適正化を図る！と。意外とやられてないなあ、こういう手法。だからダメな会社が多いんだ……。
とはいえ、自分自身もこういうことにあまりにも無頓着だったことはマズイと反省である。
マネジメントとISOの品質管理手法は同じ……なんだ、私にもできますわ(笑)……たぶん。
